I will forever be grateful for this retreat. I know that it was the catalyst I needed to live the life I knew I deserved but was scared to hope for.
I'm a skeptic by nature and braced myself for disappointment. I was very apprehensive about attending the retreat, but from the minute we walked in, the energy was so genuine and grounded. Everyone was immediately so welcoming and comforting that I totally forgot that I was worried at all. The work we did was hard, it was emotional, and it was vulnerable. But it was also so easy because you knew you were surrounded by other women who unconditionally supported you, you knew that you were not doing that work alone.
