This Eclipse is also opening a pathway to healing through nature and intuition. There’s this beautiful energy calling us back to the earth, back to our bodies, back to the natural rhythms we’ve been ignoring while we chase productivity and perfection.
So this Eclipse is asking you some really important questions:
What revitalizes YOUR life force energy? When was the last time you felt truly alive in your body? Are you sluggish, tired, heavy? Or are you vibrant, energized, connected?
Where have you been ignoring the whispers from your body? The subtle signs your intuition has been sending? The messages your soul keeps trying to deliver that you keep dismissing as “not the right time” or “too impractical”?
This Eclipse is saying: It’s time to listen, babe.
Not next month. Not when things calm down. Not when you have more clarity.
Now.
Because here’s what I’ve learned about Eclipse energy after years of working with it: The Universe doesn’t wait for you to feel ready. It moves when it’s TIME to move. And if you’re not listening to the whispers, you’ll get the wake-up call instead.
So let’s work WITH this energy instead of resisting it.
Sacred Rituals for the Solar Eclipse:
Roll oranges into your front door. This is one of my favorite abundance rituals and it’s PERFECT for Eclipse energy. Grab 9 oranges (or however many feels right – trust your intuition on this). Stand outside your front door and literally roll them across the threshold into your home, one by one. As each orange rolls in, visualize new opportunities, blessings, abundance, and magic entering your space. Feel it. See it. Know it’s already done. Then eat the oranges or share them with people you love. Consume the sweetness of what’s coming. Let that abundance integrate into your body.
Get outside and ask for a sign. This isn’t woo-woo, this is ancient wisdom. Go for a walk in nature. Stand barefoot on the earth. Feel the ground beneath you. Then ask the Universe, your guides, your higher self – whatever you call that divine intelligence – for a sign about what’s next for you. Be specific if you want, or keep it open. Then pay attention. The answer might come through a bird flying overhead. A song that plays on the radio. A conversation you overhear. A sudden knowing that drops into your body. A vision that flashes through your mind. Trust what comes. Don’t overthink it. Just receive it.
Set an open-ended intention. Solar Eclipses are like supercharged New Moons, but this particular Eclipse asks us to stay flexible. The energy is too wild, too unpredictable, too revolutionary to lock into rigid goals right now. Instead of “I want X by Y date,” try something like: “I am open to the unexpected pathways that lead me to my highest good” or “I trust what’s unfolding, even when I can’t see the full picture yet” or “I surrender my plans and open myself to divine timing.” Let the Universe surprise you. Let it show you possibilities you haven’t even considered yet.
Pay attention to your dreams. Keep a journal by your bed and write down your dreams the moment you wake up, even if they don’t make sense. The veil is thin during Eclipse season and your subconscious is trying to communicate with you. Your dreams are portals right now. Messages are coming through. Don’t dismiss them as “just dreams.” They’re showing you something important.
Clear your energy field. This is non-negotiable during Eclipse season. Light sage, palo santo, or your favorite incense. Take a salt bath with intention. Put on music and dance it out – literally shake your body and move the stagnant energy through. You’ve been carrying energy that isn’t yours. Other people’s expectations. Society’s programming. Fear that got passed down through generations. This Eclipse is giving you permission to release what’s heavy. To clear out what’s been weighing you down. To come back to YOUR energy and yours alone.
I’m not going to lie to you – Eclipse energy can feel intense. Chaotic even. Destabilizing.
But what’s breaking down right now? That’s making space for what’s ready to be built.
You’re not falling apart. You’re breaking open.
There’s a difference.
Falling apart feels like losing yourself. Breaking open feels like finding yourself. Even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when it’s scary. Even when you can’t see what’s on the other side yet.
You’re shedding layers that were never really you anyway. You’re releasing identities you adopted to survive, to belong, to be loved. You’re letting go of the mask you’ve been wearing for so long that you forgot it wasn’t your actual face.
And underneath? The real you has been waiting.
She’s been patient. She’s been gentle. She’s been whispering.
But now? She’s ready to emerge. And this Eclipse is her moment.
I’ve also felt extremely sensitive to our past loved ones and ancestors as it feels like we have even more Divine support than we can see. If you’re seeing signs that remind you of people you’ve lost – trust this is a message meant for you. Don’t overthink it.
Last night before I fell asleep I had a memory flash in my mind of standing beside my grandmothers bed days before she passed.
I whispered into her ear just before I left for my Goddess Gathering and said
“Amma, I’m going to change the world.”
and I felt her nod to me.
She is so much of the reason why I continue to fight for the freedom of our power. She was an 5’10” immigrant from Iceland who couldn’t speak the language and I watched her learn to stand up for herself as a confident woman who definitely didn’t take any shit.
I hadn’t yet launched the official version of the Shine From the Inside Oracle yet, but I had a makeshift version printed from Kinkos and I had all of my family members pull a card to see just how “accurate” this oracle was going to be.
My grandmother pulled the card “Be Bold. Don’t be afraid to stand out!”
