I got off a coaching call a little while ago and I’m still sitting with it.

She had been in a relationship with a narcissist for almost twenty years. She tried to leave before. Got pulled back in. Stayed because it was familiar. Stayed because she had convinced herself that this was just what love looked like. Stayed because somewhere along the way she had stopped believing she deserved more.

And then something cracked open.

Not because her circumstances changed.

Because SHE changed.

She woke back up to herself.

That’s Aries energy. And that’s exactly what this New Moon is here to activate in you.

Can you feel it? Something is shifting. Not in a subtle, easy-to-miss way. In the kind of way that makes you restless at night, pulls your attention toward something you’ve been putting off, and whispers that the version of you who’s been playing it safe has officially overstayed her welcome.

This Is Your Fresh Start

Aries is the first sign of the zodiac — the cosmic trailblazer, the inner warrior, the one who acts before she overthinks. When the New Moon lands here, the universe is essentially handing you a blank page and saying: write something new.

This is a powerful time to close a chapter that’s run its course. To forgive yourself for the detours. To leave the old pain where it belongs — behind you — and begin again with everything you’ve learned.

I feel this in my own life right now more than ever. My psychic abilities are operating at a level I have never experienced before. The clients finding their way to me are arriving already awake — already ready to transform. I’ve been playing sound bowls at events and watching something shift in rooms before a single word is spoken. The work has gotten deeper, more intentional, more powerful.

I am not the same woman I was a year ago.

I am no longer the hairstylist with woo woo witchy vibes.

I am the magical alchemist who transforms the energy of rooms, people, and businesses.

And I’m sharing that because I want you to ask yourself the same question this New Moon is asking me:

Your head will give you the logic, the fear, the “but what will people think.” Your heart will give you the truth. That gap between the two is where your real work lives.

Then ask yourself one more question that I’ve been sitting with this New Moon:

What have I been waiting for permission to become?

Write until you feel empty. Then write some more. Then identify the ONE bold move that would signal to the universe that you are serious. Not ten moves. One. The one that scares you just enough to know it’s real.

Take it.
