This is your Love Note to remind you to do more of what makes YOU happy!
What makes you happy?
Seriously. When is the last time you asked yourself that?
Do you even remember the things that light you up?
Just for a moment, I want you to stop and think about 3 different experiences that fill you with total joy and happiness.
What does HAPPY look like for you?
Does it include a walk in nature? Time with loved ones? Painting? Dancing? Laughing?
Today I’m asking you to do a LITTLE work.
I want you to jot down your Happy List. Things that LIGHT you up.
When you have a Happy List, you’ll always have a source of inspiration to draw from when you’re in need of a pick-me-up.
If you want to take it one step further, make a “Do Less / Do More” list like I’ve shared with you below!
On one side of the page write the things that you want to do LESS of and on the other side write the positive action you’ll replace it with.
Now get to work on that Happy List!
