This is your Love Note to remind you to DREAM BIG, work hard, and make it happen.

Sending you extra love, light and sparkle magic today. I know this week has been a wild ride of emotions and you’re probably starting to feel the relief already.

I’ve been listening to my Full Moon Release Guided Meditation on repeat all week and I can already see the effects taking place in my life. 

I’ve been donating old clothes, kitchen ware, and upgrading the things I’ve been talking about for waaaayy too long. I’m just making it happen. If I haven’t used it in months – it’s gone. #byefelicia

I’ve thrown out old papers and released emotions that weren’t in alignment with how I want to feel TODAY. 

Have you been feeling this way too? 

Like you’re shedding the past and emerging into a more aligned version of your authentic self.

I get it. Change can be scary. 

When you embrace change with open arms and with trust that you will be guided in the right direction for your soul’s highest good then you take the pressure off. 

Go easy on yourself. 

You’re in the midst of transformation and that can be a messy situation. 

Let it go and relax. 

As you release the old, the new will naturally come into place, but it’s up to you to take action when guided from within.

Dream BIG and imagine yourself as the version of you that it would take to make that dream happen.

Work backward from that magnificent goal and decide what tools, skills, or blocks you need to over come to make it happen.

Focus on one thing at a time. Stay consistent. And ALWAYS BELIEVE YOU CAN! xo
