This is your Love Note to remind you that you were BORN FEARLESS!

I wanna know – what would you do if you were totally FEARLESS?

Who would you be and what would you do? 

Fear is the ultimate DREAM killer and is totttallllly made up in our own minds. Fear paralyzes us from taking action. It stops us from tapping into our inner resources of strength, courage, wisdom, and it even limits us from seeing the higher perspective.

Everything life has to offer goes unnoticed when we’re focused on fear. Tweet it!

You have been blessed with the gift of life so take this opportunity to test your wings and fly high. As you have the courage to rise higher, your light SHINES even brighter.

There’s a dream inside of you that’s been calling for your attention. What is it? 

Now is the time to let fear fall by the wayside and KNOW that you have within you every single ounce of strength and power you need to evolve and grow.

When you notice fear creeping in, I invite you to tune into your breath as this brings you into the present moment where the imagined fear isn’t real! As you move out of your mental projections back into the moment, it will become easier for you to release this energy and choose a new thought/feeling that aligns with your heart.

Remember: You can only focus on one thing at a time so what will it be?

Will you choose to focus on fear and continue to let it hold you back from doing your great work in the world or will you tune your spiritual sights to your inner Truth?

You have a purpose here. A BIGGGGG purpose!!!

So I ask that you choose to be fearless and step out from the shadows to SHINE SHINE SHINE!
