We all KNOW that self-care is something that gets lost far down on the to-do list. What we somehow seem to forget is that self-care MUST be a top list priority. When we give to ourselves, we stop looking outside of ourselves for an energy boost and expecting others to do it for us and we begin to create it on our own. That’s called…taking responsibility. 😉

Are you ready to make 2016 your best year yet? I know I am! I’ve had a wonderful 2 weeks of holiday time spent with my hubby & family + a big dose of self-care to start the new year off feeling BALANCED! 

During the break, I took some time to really get CLEAR on what it is I want for myself. (When is the last time you checked-in with yourself?) Most importantly, how I want to FEEL. I realized that in order to really make your life as fabulous as it can be, you MUST make self-care a priority & a habit! 

When you schedule time for YOU, you are saying to the Universe – I VALUE MYSELF and take responsibility because I deserve to feel good. From that space of fulfillment, you can then offer an unlimited amount of love and light to others. Powerful, huh?
