“One must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star.” -Friedrich Nietzsche
This is your Love Note to remind you to find COMFORT in the CHAOS.
Here’s the thing…
In life, there will always be change and chaos because that’s what fosters growth and evolution into the next beautiful version of yourself.
The trick is to find COMFORT amidst the chaos.
When you can look at adversity in the face and say THANK YOU, you will understand the key to peace.
We can’t control everything that happens in our life, but our response is the one thing we can control and it gives us the power to rise above the circumstance with a peaceful knowing that this too is here for your benefit.
I always ask myself “What good can come from this?” and then allow my emotions to soften so that clarity can find its way to me.
How do you find comfort in the chaos?
Take a moment to think about the “chaos” in your life and see if you can reframe your perspective with gratitude by asking the question “What good can come from this chaos?”
Use your creative imagination to visualize your life from a higher perspective. This exercise will teach you to turn your greatest challenges into your biggest blessings!
If you KNEW that everything was working out for the best, would you allow yourself more patience? More peace? More gratitude?
Because the truth is, everything IS happening to move you forward but sometimes you just can’t see it and that’s ok too.
You are exactly where you need to be. Slow down. Take a moment to pause. Trust in the process. xo
I’m curious to know…
What chaos is currently happening in your life that could be a blessing in disguise?
