This is your Love Note to remind you to that YOU are enough!

I don’t know about you, but I spent waayyy too many years of my life waiting for someone else to come along and tell me that I am loveable or that I am pretty or that I am creative enough to be successful.

Waiting…..waiting…..waiting…..

Until one day I realized the LOVE I have inside of me is exactly what I was waiting for. 

I didn’t need approval from my parents. I didn’t need acceptance from my lover. I didn’t need permission from someone else to live out my passions.

What I needed was my own consent. My own love. My own acceptance. My own approval. 

We spend most of our lives waiting for someone else to say GO or I LOVE YOU, but what if YOU allowed yourself to go after your dreams and what if you gave yourself the love you’re searching for. 

Because I’m here to tell you that your own love is ENOUGH. 

Like the Buddha says, YOU more than anyone deserves your love and affection.

You don’t need ANYONE else’s approval, permission, or even love until you learn to give it to yourself first. 

Once you allow yourself permission to be great, acceptance to be loved, and approval to live life on your own terms, you begin naturally to attract the right people and situations into your life that will reflect the same love + acceptance that you’ve offered yourself.

Self-worth takes a consistent daily practice. Offer yourself grace, compassion, and forgiveness each time you notice yourself withdrawing love or shrinking in fear. 

Show up. Love yourself. Let go of what you’re not because YOU ARE ENOUGH! xo
