In this video, I’m going to chat about why getting OFF the scale was the best thing for my confidence! You might not believe this, but I once stepped on the scale at 200lbs. I can’t believe I used to start EVERY DAY off with beating myself up over a NUMBER!
When you step on the scale, what is your intention? Are you using that number to support your healthy lifestyle or is that number quickly becoming your enemy? I challenge + encourage you to GET OFF THE SCALE!
You don’t need a number to remind you how AMAZING + BEAUTIFUL you already are. I mean, I get it, if you’re an MMA fighter or body-builder the scale CAN BE a useful tool to track and measure your results. But if you find yourself stepping onto that thing and your inner mean girl fires up…get off the damn thing! 😉
