Let’s get a little personal, shall we?

I was born with my umbilical cord wrapped around my throat. 

Makes a whole lotta sense as I discover a his-story filled with women, witches, and healers being hung for sharing Truth. 🔮

(I literally just gulped.)

I had many challenging life events where I was called to speak up and I was afraid.

I was afraid of saying #metoo when I was a little girl.

I was afraid of expressing my unicorn self 🦄

I was afraid of being seen….

Which led me to suffer from constant tonsillitis.

It wasn’t until I discovered the concept of chakras that my “dis-ease” was actually connected to the energy I was holding back in my voice and expressing myself.

💛 The solar plexus chakra is connected to confidence and self-esteem.

💚 The heart chakra represents our ability to love others and feel loved in return.

💙 The throat chakra has to do with our ability to communicate.

💜 The third eye chakra represents focus, ambitions, goals and big-picture thinking.

👑 The crown chakra is correlated with enlightenment and spirituality.

It makes sense, then, that to achieve our full potential, we should work through these aspects of our self—and clearing our chakras is a symbolic way to start.

    • Hi Sue! There are quite a few things you can do to heal your chakras like a mentioned. You can surround yourself with the color red, meditate and visualize red, work on money blocks by uncovering the root cause of the fear, balance your relationship with your family and community, chant “Lam” to balance the root chakra, or you can listen to my guided meditation to balance ALL chakras including the root.
