When you choose to embark on a new journey in life, you must leave behind the past.

From that decision, you create clarity around the actions steps you will need to take to move into the new chapter you’re creating in your life. No matter where you are along your journey, you have the opportunity in THIS MOMENT to chose again. To change. To reinvent.

Transformation takes time, so there is no need to rush the process. Look back at the past 6 months, 1 year, 5 years and notice how much has changed. The change was gradual over time, but looking back you can see how much change HAS occurred to help bring you closer to who you REALLY are and live a life you LOVE!

When inspiration hits, you must MOVE QUICKLY. Trust your gut and have the courage to take ACTION! In the times of transition, use the quiet downtime to renew + relax + rejuvenate yourself so you can be READY when inspiration hits again. You’ll be able to take inspired action from a place of grounded peacefulness. 

Celebrate the small wins to keep your fire burning while simultaneously releasing what no longer positively serves you so you can begin your next chapter with a fresh start.
