What Grief & Reality TV Taught Us

After a six-month hiatus (aka a whole-ass life transformation), The Elevated Life Podcast is back and let’s just say, we’ve been living. From auditioning for The Amazing Race to globe-hopping and hosting soul-shaking Goddess retreats, our time off was anything but quiet. And now, we’re bringing you along for the wild ride ahead!

When Life Says Pause, You Listen

Grief came in like a wrecking ball last year, cracking us wide open. After losing our sweet fur baby and navigating intense personal shifts, we hit pause. Not just on the podcast, but on the constant doing. We leaned into stillness, cried, and healed. In that space, we remembered that rest is a requirement, not a reward. We reevaluated our boundaries, recommitted to joy, and made space for what truly lights us up.

Auditioning for The Amazing Race

Yes, we really auditioned for The Amazing Race and lived like we’d already won the million-dollar prize. It took six months after submitting our audition tape for casting to finally call us. Spoiler: we didn’t get the final call, but that journey was still life-changing. Between rewriting our daily routines to revamping our mindset and business strategy, prepping for that race became the catalyst we didn’t know we needed. That’s what it truly means to show up for your dreams, even when they feel far-fetched.

Rejection is Redirection.

When one door closed (ahem, The Amazing Race), another busted open with confetti cannons. Within days, we landed a speaking slot at a major festival in LA. That’s the universe in action. So next time rejection stings, remember that it’s usually protection in disguise. Stay open and ready!

We’re Hitting the Road

The biggest news of all is that we’ve let go of our lease and are officially nomads! California is our first stop, where we’re headlining Create & Cultivate. Then it’s off to Europe, maybe Thailand… who knows! We’ve always dreamed of full-time adventure, and now we’re actually doing it. No plan or backup, just big trust and open hearts. And we want to take you with us through the podcast, our stories, and the real-time lessons from the road.
