7 Signs Your Soul Is Asking for Something Bigger
If you’ve been feeling restless lately and you can’t explain why… you’re in the right place. Take a breath and read this slowly, because I’m about to name the signs that something BIGGER is nudging it’s way into your life.
There are signs your soul gives you when it’s asking for something bigger. And most women miss them, because they don’t look spiritual. They look like everyday life. They look like Tuesday.
I’ve spent over 20 years coaching women through their transformations, and these are the seven signs I see over and over… usually in women whose lives look “fine” from the outside.
Check yourself against all seven. Be honest, babe.
1. You keep saying “I’m fine” and your body keeps disagreeing
The tight chest. The Sunday dread. The exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix.
Your mind can run the “everything’s fine” script all day long, but your body never learned to lie. When your soul is out of alignment, your body becomes the messenger… and she will keep raising her voice until you listen.
That’s not burnout, babe. It’s misalignment. There’s a difference: burnout heals with rest. Misalignment doesn’t, because the tired isn’t coming from your schedule. It’s coming from your soul doing work it wasn’t meant to do.
2. You’re jealous of women who are doing the thing
And listen… jealousy is not a character flaw. It’s a compass.
You don’t envy what you don’t want. You’ve never once been jealous of someone doing something your soul doesn’t care about. So when you feel that sting watching another woman launch the business, book the retreat, write the book, take up space… read it twice. She’s not your competition. She’s your preview.
3. You’ve outgrown conversations you used to love
The gossip feels heavy now. The complaining feels boring. You sit in conversations that used to light you up and feel yourself floating somewhere above them, wondering what changed.
You did. And here’s what I need you to know: you’re not better than anyone. You’re being called forward. Growth always costs you your old comfort zones, and conversations are comfort zones too.
4. You cry in the car for “no reason”
There’s a reason.
The car is the only place some women are ever alone… no kids, no clients, no phone in hand, nobody needing anything. And your soul talks when it finally gets quiet enough for you to hear her.
Those tears aren’t random. They’re a message that couldn’t get through any other way.
5. You keep consuming and never creating
Another course. More podcasts. And eventually more books.
Learning is beautiful… until it becomes hiding. At some point, all that consuming stops being preparation and starts being protection. As long as you’re “still learning,” you never have to risk being seen actually doing the thing. (Sound familiar?)
If you’ve been preparing for years, babe, you’re not underqualified. You’re overprotected, procrastinating, and limiting your magic being shared. You will always attract aligned students a just few steps behind your growth to teach so don’t worry if you “don’t know enough.” Your willingness to help is where the real magic is.
6. You feel guilty for wanting more when your life is “good”
But good is not the same as aligned.
You can have a life that photographs beautifully and still feel the ache. Gratitude and hunger are not opposites… you’re allowed to be thankful for everything you have AND honest about everything you’re still called to become. Guilt is just the tax your conditioning charges you for wanting your whole life.
Pay it no mind. You’re allowed to be grateful and hungry.
7. You already know what you’d do if you weren’t scared
You didn’t even have to think about it just now… did you?
Something flashed in your mind the second you read that line. A business. A move. A conversation. A version of you.
That’s the big one. Because the question was never “what should I do with my life?” You’ve always known. The real question is what you’re going to do about the gap between knowing it and doing it.
That thing that just flashed in your mind? That’s her.
Your soul already knows.
The gap between knowing and doing is where most women live their whole lives. It’s not a knowledge problem… it’s a permission problem, a fear problem, a support problem. And it doesn’t close by accident.
Here’s how we close it on purpose:
Start free: the Goddess Masterclass
I built a free masterclass to help you reclaim your power and close the knowing-doing gap… it’s called Reclaim Your Goddess Power, and it’s my gift to you.

And if you’re ready for the bigger statement: work with me
Here’s a secret eighth sign, babe: if you’ve been fantasizing about having a real guide… someone to see your blind spots, hold your boundaries with you, and walk you through the transformation instead of handing you another PDF… that’s not a daydream. That’s your soul telling you you’re ready to uplevel.
Hiring a coach isn’t an expense. It’s a statement that says I’m done doing this alone.
