Be Nice To Yourself

It is so important that you don’t continue to add fuel to the fire of negativity. Go easy on yourself and accept how you feel rather than resist it. Don’t be nice to yourself by saying things that you don’t believe are true at the moment because then you’re going to beat yourself up for the inauthentic vibe. It’s not about saying nice things to yourself; it’s about not saying the crappy things.

Clear the Energy

The best way to clear the energy of a blah day is to get outside. Something about the earth, putting your feet in the dirt and getting in the sunshine can relax you enough to get you out of a negative state. Or you can clear it by channeling the energy into something else. You can channel it into a physical movement to sweat it out or take a relaxing bath.

Evaluate Your Thoughts

It’s always your thoughts that lead to the low vibe moods. When you’re having a blah day, evaluate what you’re thinking and where your thoughts are focused. If they focus on the negative, it will create an energetic response in your body. When we think about enough negative things over and over and over again, we feel negative.
