4 Things Keeping You Stuck
You Keep on Blaming Others
One of the reasons why you’re stuck is you always blame others. You’re constantly blaming others for not taking action when in fact, you’re the one making excuses. What you can do is have a radical responsibility. If you’re going to make big moves in your life, what you have to do is start to trust your own opinion.
Not Taking Risks
You can’t move forward if you’re not ready to take risks. Sometimes you just have to go for it and break down the door. Taking a risk doesn’t always have to mean something crazy. Great things happen when you take a risk, and you’ll be amazed by the things that might happen after you crush your fear and take that risk.
You Don’t Have Any Recovery Plan
We don’t realize in life that we are always up against different stressors. They can be physical, mental, or even spiritual, and from every single one of those, we need to be able to recover. Recovery is something that can completely change your life and revitalize who you are and how you feel. We all need downtime to do things that make us feel good so that we won’t be stuck and can move forward.
Not Having a Support System
When you don’t have a recovery plan and a support system, you will get stuck and trapped for a long period, leading to physical disease or emotional depression. Having the right support system is very vital in your journey. You need that friend who will call you on the BS and someone who can support you 100%. You need somebody in your life that will build you up and inspire you.
