In this time of high stress, you can still develop the coping skills that will allow you to weather future storms and feel empowered. Living in fight or flight mode prevents you from making rational choices for the good of your family and your community. 

Right now, we need radical transformation more than ever. As a lightworker, I’m choosing to look at this as an opportunity for rebirth. If you keep yourself healthy and avoid tuning in to fear, you will get through this from an elevated place.

1. Up your self-care

Any time you’re going through stress, you need to double down on your self-care routines. The maintenance routine you do on a regular basis is not going to be enough right now. If you regularly practice yoga or meditation, now is the time to spend a little more time with it. It’s time to infuse yourself with positivity and do the things that light you up.

For Chris and I, going plant-based 7-years ago has catapulted us into a high-vibrational way of living. If you want to give your body what it needs right now, it’s time to eat clean and green!

2. Be mindful of what you listen to, what you say, and what you think

It’s important to stay educated and be aware of what’s going on in the world and your community, but be mindful of when your consuming of content and information becomes fear-based.

Your brain cannot tell the difference between what is really happening and what you are thinking. The more you stay in negative thinking, the more rundown your body and mind become.

If you and your family are healthy right now, you can choose to be the one to spread love, instead of fear, to the rest of the world.

3. Focus on your goals

If you’re going to future-project, future-project into a future that you want to see.

Now is a great time to focus on the important goals in your life. Want to write a book? Switch careers?  Get into shape? Now is the time!

Do your part to bring peace to the world and don’t tune into fear.
