Give yourself a moment to breathe. It’s amazing how much better you’ll feel if you’re able to pause for a moment, close your eyes, and take 5 or 10 deep breaths.
Make sure to breathe in and out of your nose – if you open your mouth, you’ll get dried out and also potentially breathe in harmful germs and (ahem) viruses.
If you haven’t been able to spend intimate time with your partner lately, this could be an amazing opportunity.
Go for walks, have meaningful conversations, and try new recipes together. With so much stress going on around the world, it’s important to let your partner know how much you love them.
